"It arrived fine and looks pretty much like..."
It arrived fine and looks pretty much like the photos, so no big issue there. But the quality feels kind of average for what I paid. It’s not bad bad, but not great either. I’ll still use it, I just thought it would feel a little more solid.

"Pretty good for the price"
I was mostly just hoping it would be worth what I paid, and yeah, it pretty much was. The prices were good, the stuff was decent, nothing too fancy but definitely not disappointing either. Shipping was fine too, not super fast or anything, but it got here in a reasonable amount of time, so I can’t really complain.

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from Uther and the shipping was fine, but definitely not super quick. It showed up a few days later than I expected, and the tracking barely updated at first, so that part was weird. The package got here in good shape though, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, just a average shipping experience.

"Magnets were a bit weaker than I hoped!!"
I was expecting these to hold a little stronger, but they didn’t quite grip the way I thought they would!! They’re okay for lighter use, just not as strong as I needed.

I ordered from uthersupply.com the main thing I cared about was whether everything would arrive correctly. It did. The sizes, colors, and items all matched what I picked, which made the whole thing feel straightforward. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Sometimes just getting exactly what you ordered is enough to make an experience feel worth it. I’d likely order from them again.

"Holding up surprisingly well"
I’ve been using my gear from Uther for a while now, and yeah, it’s still in really good shape. No weird wear, nothing breaking, nothing randomly falling apart, which is always nice. I’m totally calm about how much better it’s held up than I expected, but it feels solid

"Cleans well, but I might switch if it stays this much work"
It did a good job on my kitchen mess overall, but I had to scrub more than I expected. I’ll keep using it for now, but if it keeps taking that much effort, I’ll probably start looking for something else.

"Customer service used to be better"
I feel like the support used to be a lot better than this. This time, I reached out for help and never really got anything useful back. It felt like I was being ignored the whole time, which was frustrating.

"I found the site frustrating..."
I found the site frustrating to use. The layout felt messy, the colors didn’t really work together, and browsing around became annoying fast. I really wanted it to feel smoother, but by the end I was just tired of trying to navigate it.

"Box showed up beat up"
I was a little worried when it arrived because the box was crushed. You know how it feels when you see the packaging banged up and immediately think the item is damaged too. Luckily, everything inside was still okay.

"It’s not even about it being..."
It’s not even about it being a bad product, because it’s okay overall. The main thing for me is the material just feels kind of rough and thinner than I expected, so it comes off a little cheap.

"Finally found a headcover that fits right"
I ordered a headcover from uthersupply.com after feeling kind of trapped between ones that were either way too tight or constantly sliding around in my bag. This one actually fit my club just right. It’s snug without being annoying, and the material feels really nice too. Simple purchase, but it ended up being exactly what I needed. I’d definitely buy again...

"Pretty much useless for drying"
These towels barely absorb anything. They mostly just push the water around, which is what always seems to happen with towels like this.
